Responsibilities
- Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycles to close new business in all service categories.
- Possess in-depth knowledge about services we offer.
- Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, and other required documentation for presentations.
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members.
- Analyse the territory/ market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of proven work experience as a sales/ growth manager.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office & Google Workspace.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
- Above average prioritisation, time management, and organisational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
